ANANDA COTTAGES
This month-long training will be held at Ananda Cottages on the outskirts of Ubud, Bali's spiritual and artistic center, August 1-28, 2010. Set amidst the island's lush, signature rice fields, it's an oasis within an oasis. Included are breakfast at Ananda Cottages and lunch at world-reknown Indus, one the best restaurants in Bali. At night you are free to experiment among the many high-quality, inexpensive restaurants of Ubud.
BALI
With it's Hindu-Buddhist culture, Bali is the perfect place for yoga with Ubud at the center of a vortex of spiritual activity.
The surrounding natural beauty and variety of landscapes make for a wonderful outdoor playground, home to a wealth of activities: hiking, biking, rafting, climbing, surfing, diving, and snorkeling, among many others. Hire yourself a driver to tour the island for a small price, or just relax in your spare time. Get to know the friendly and loving people, truly Bali's most valuable resource.
Attend temple ceremonies and participate first-hand in the island's pervasive and colorful spirituality. Witness the abundance of artistic activity, where almost everyone is mindfully engaged in some sort of personal, creative endeavor, yet the language has no word for art. Everyone just does it, nothing special. Attend dance performances, learn to carve a ceremonial mask, paint a mandala, or learn to cook Balinese style with guided buying sprees in the Ubud market for the raw ingredients. Join us for this truly unique experience.

Viniyoga is therefore an approach to yoga that is adapted to the particular needs of each practitioner. We provide viniyoga teacher training. "Stan Hafner " will be the lead teacher and will provide in-depth asana instruction covering the mechanics of the postures, and their related advantages, disadvantages, counterposes, and contraindications. The idea is to focus awareness on exactly what you are doing in the moment, to be mindful. When practicing yoga with your teacher, one goes within oneself, being aware of what is happening inside your body. If you continue viniyoga teacher training, you may find that yoga can lead to a journey learning more about yourself. viniyoga, Yoga, Teacher Training, Stan Hafner, Teacher Training Program, viniyoga Yoga Teacher, Desikachar, Yoga Teacher, practitioner, Johanna Sullivan, philosophy, Jerry Kuhlman, Eva Kuhlman
